This is the best Chevy dealership in the area. The whole process was seem less and worry free. Andy has to be one of the best salesmen I’ve ever met, He was super friendly and hospitable, he had me in the car I wanted for a test drive within minutes of me getting to the store. He explained everything well and in detail. Brandon, the finance manager was also fantastic he got me the best APR possible and answered all of my questions with kindness and knowledge . Within 3 hours I was pulling out in a brand new trax.
Everyone was helpful and attentive throughout the process. Appreciate the friendliness and help of both Carol and Brandon. I like her no pressure way of sales and his knowledge of finance and business purchase. Adding the powertrain warranty was a significant piece of my decision to buy the truck with you One frustration was the length of time it took to complete the transaction.

Scheduling this service and detail was pretty simple. I appreciated how simple and accessible they made dropping off my truck, having access to a loaner vehicle and then coordinating with my schedule to make this VIP influencer collaboration, fun, simple, and accessible.
My only feedback would be I know that the complementary detail was a perk of the collaboration however, when I picked up my truck, there was still dirt left inside the car and my truck bed still had mud (I could send pictures.)So when I was videoing and taking pictures for highlight reel, I purposefully did not ... Spitzer was prompt and employees pleasant and curious.
Joe completed my oil change. Very polite and courteous. Karla explained my GM rewards to me.
Took over 2 hours for a 10:00 appointment. Business manager tried to sell me an extended warranty. I said NO immediately. He continued, citing many unnecessary examples. After a very painful half hour, I said NO. His attitude towards me turned and he was very unfriendly. Gas tank was on 93 miles to empty. First time I didn’t have a full tank after purchase. Probably last time I would deal with this dealership. I liked the manager Dave. Wish he would have been more involved.

I felt Don listen to my concerns and worked toward a solution. He has ordered a part and will get back to me when my problem is solved. He arranged a rental for me since I had my 2025 Traverse towed in the last 2 days. He had updates for the issues but not the results that solved the problem.
Fixed my car changed the radiator and had it back to me before the estimated time.

I don’t take leaving negative reviews lightly because I understand the impact it can have on a business. However, based on my experience, I feel it’s important to share what happened.
Last October, we brought my wife’s 2021 Tahoe in for a transmission flush at around 50,000 miles as part of routine maintenance on a used vehicle we still have payments on. Spitzer is a great dealership. I had bought a truck and there were some issues with it. They took it back and stayed firm on the number they gave me for my trade for another truck. No game just great business. It took almost a month to get the right truck for me but they help out amazingly.
I thought the overall experience was completely Dewey, though at time confusifusing. Carol did her very best to get it right
