What a wonderful experience with wonderful people

This is the 2nd time I’ve been back to lease a car. Everyone at Spitzer is so helpful & friendly. From the front desk to the back end. I will continue to do business with Spitzer in the future as well.

Brandon Frohman was a great salesman, very easy to deal with and made sure I knew the features on my car before i left.

This is the best Chevy dealership in the area. The whole process was seem less and worry free. Andy has to be one of the best salesmen I’ve ever met, He was super friendly and hospitable, he had me in the car I wanted for a test drive within minutes of me getting to the store. He explained everything well and in detail. Brandon, the finance manager was also fantastic he got me the best APR possible and answered all of my questions with kindness and knowledge . Within 3 hours I was pulling out in a brand new trax.

Everyone was helpful and attentive throughout the process. Appreciate the friendliness and help of both Carol and Brandon. I like her no pressure way of sales and his knowledge of finance and business purchase. Adding the powertrain warranty was a significant piece of my decision to buy the truck with you One frustration was the length of time it took to complete the transaction.

Scheduling this service and detail was pretty simple. I appreciated how simple and accessible they made dropping off my truck, having access to a loaner vehicle and then coordinating with my schedule to make this VIP influencer collaboration, fun, simple, and accessible. My only feedback would be I know that the complementary detail was a perk of the collaboration however, when I picked up my truck, there was still dirt left inside the car and my truck bed still had mud (I could send pictures.)So when I was videoing and taking pictures for highlight reel, I purposefully did not include that so as to not shine a negative light on the final product. Overall, though I was happy with receiving the complementary detail and everyone was super friendly and welcoming, and really gave my kids a wonderful experience.

Took over 2 hours for a 10:00 appointment. Business manager tried to sell me an extended warranty. I said NO immediately. He continued, citing many unnecessary examples. After a very painful half hour, I said NO. His attitude towards me turned and he was very unfriendly. Gas tank was on 93 miles to empty. First time I didn’t have a full tank after purchase. Probably last time I would deal with this dealership. I liked the manager Dave. Wish he would have been more involved.

Outstanding dealership especially General Manager Barry Gonis. Excellent support staff as well. I would recommend this dealership to anyone
