I appreciated the social distancing. The store was very clean and hand sanitizers were available. Chairs were spaced far apart in the waiting area. Each salesman had a very clean cubicle and everyone wore masks plus shields were in place where needed. My car was serviced quickly. Thank you Spitzer Chevrolet.
My car sat at Spitzer's in North Jackson, Ohio from a Thursday afternoon about 3 until Tuesday afternoon about 3. The only reason I heard anything then was because I had to call and see about my car. The service department told me that this was a hard one to diagnose. I knew what was wrong with my car before I took it there. All I had to do was push the On Star button and ask for a diagnosis. If I know that why doesn't the service department. I believe my car sat there from Thursday till Tuesday until I called and talked with Mike Fries. He did then get right on things and kept me informed on what was going on. I'm not sure that this dealership would get a high recommendation from me. I have purchased at least five cars from them. I am going to tell you I am not so sure I will be purchasing another from them. Above all my extended warranty says that if I am within forty miles of Spritzers I have to take it there to be repaired. I am very dissatisfied with Spritzers now. Never have felt this way about this dealership.

The salesman did a good job of getting everything I wanted etc...I would have given a better review if the vehicle I purchased would have not had damage. That���s not a reflection on the dealership or experience in general but that���s why I rated it lower than perfect.
