I arrived at Spitzer service at 3:30 pm with a headlamp not working. Even though it was close to end of service hours they took me in with a smile, repairing my headlamp and getting me on my way well before dusk.

I usually don't have any issues with Spitzer Lordstown but it just seems weird that after my oil change on January 29th, where they made sure I was aware of my miles, that I have now had two sensors need replaced. I had an appointment on February 5th (one week later) for A/C sensor then on March 4th for ABS sensor. I understand that my car has over 100,000 miles on it but I have never had any issues with this vehicle till now. Plus I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for them to diagnose the problem then had to hear about other stuff (that wasn't there on February 5th) that was wrong with the car. The stuff that they told me February 5th was not listed on March 4th findings. I didn't come out there for an overall diagnostic just for the ABS system. Plus if I wasn't paying attention I would've been overcharged on the service. Was quoted $120 for diagnostic and $340 for the service. I gave a 20% off coupon which when called to say it was ready they only gave me 10% off one item. Then when I get there there was an additional shop supply charge that I wasn't told about. That should've been included in the estimate. They did correct the 20% off amount. My overall experience was not the best this time around. I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from them and would like to purchase my next but I am seriously against that at this moment. Will be looking for a newer vehicle in the upcoming future so we will wait and see how that goes. Positive point was a service employee that they have there that I would like to only have to deal with and his name is Ed. He is always very pleasant and doesn't treat me like I am a woman and don't know my car issues.

I am so pleased with my buying experience at Spitzer chevy North jackson ohio! Aside from my salesperson being a little Funny lookin , i felt he was very professional and non aggressive! My trades were fair and my Silverado is GREAT! I just might buy or maybe lease a car for my wife now,and if i do I,II BE BACK!! LOL
My wife took my truck in for 2 recalls. The one that I was not happy with is the heater block replacement. The paperwork and the service department says the coolant was topped off and the truck was ran. I had to add almost a gallon of coolant because the coolant low light was on. To me this was not very well checked once the service was completed.

I���ve been in there several times and the gentlemen at the service desk is very unpleasant nor does he even acknowledge that you are there.I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotate and was there almost a hour and a half,the problem is that my car was done sooner and parked outside but could not get it because they said they had a lot of paperwork in front of mine.
