I was in about a 18 months ago and had to have the same part repaired. I was told it should not have went bad that fast. I was also told they would not get to my car for a week even id i dropped it off. I was not offered a loaner car. When I askes what kind of compensation I could get. They only offered me 10% off. I felt like I should have gotten more. But I had to take it because I needed my car to get too work.
This appointment was only for an oil change. I dropped my vehicle off before the dealership was open but when I went back to pickup, I was greeted with kindness. The service gentlemen explained what was done and what issues need to be addressed. Did not feel pressured to have the issues taken care of immediately but was informed of their urgency. I have purchased my last 3 cars from Spitzer and will continue to go to them when interested in a change.
