The blower motor on my Malibu was acting up. It was covered under the extended warranty. Mike the assistant service manger kept in touch with me on updates about everything and I really appreciated that plus they had a vehicle for me to use while the repairs were being done

Had battery replaced in my 2010 Cadillac SRX. Purchased a Silver Series battery. Paper work read I had purchased a Red Series battery. Called service department next day. Was told code for battery was correct,but description was incorrect.
