I arrived approximately 12:50 for a 1:00 appointment I booked online, the service advisor said he couldn’t see that appointment, so why offer online appointments? So as I mentioned I arrived approximately 12:50 the R.O. opened 13:14 so I already waited 24 minutes, there was only 1 advisor working where we check in and 3 customers at the same time. My car was marked ready on my paperwork at 14:59 that’s basically 1 hour and 45 minuets for an oil change and tire rotation which I am not sure if those services have a certain amount of time allotted, but I have never waited that long at Spitzer or any other dealership for just an oil change and tire rotation. If circumstances beyond anyone’s control created this extended time, then I would have appreciated a heads up ahead of time. My expectation was to be there just over an hour which has been my experience in the past instead I was at Spitzer from 12:50 to 15:06 which is over 2 hours which in my opinion is way too long. With that in mind I would not be inclined to return to Spitzer except for recalls or Chevrolet specific repairs.

My Equinox was brought into the service department exactly at my appointment time. No waiting whatsoever! Waiting room was spotless and the coffee was hot! Service Manager explained in detail what was done and I was on my way home within an hour!
