I am extremely disappointed because my car was not cleaned adequately. Although it was a PEP car, I don't think that is any reason not to at least vacuum it THOROUGHLY,wipe off the dashboard, and clean the cup holders. Otherwise, I would have given the dealership 5 stars. It probably wouldn't have taken more than an additional half-hour. In addition to that, the exterior wash looked like all that was done was run it through a car wash. Another ten minutes to really clean the wheels would have made it look like it was a new car. :( Read More >>
